A QR (Quick Response) code is a two-dimensional barcode that stores data — most commonly a URL, but also plain text, WiFi credentials, or a contact card — in a pattern of black-and-white squares. A phone camera or QR scanner app reads the pattern and takes the user straight to the encoded content.
The QR code is rendered directly onto a canvas in your browser from what you type — nothing you enter is transmitted to a server, and Tabreon keeps no record of what any generated code encodes.
