About Tabreon
Tabreon is a browser-based utility platform offering fast, privacy-focused tools for developers, creators, and everyday digital tasks. Its core tools run locally in the browser and require no installation or account. Most tools process your data directly in your browser; features that need cloud functionality (like our community feedback and feature-request forms) clearly explain what's collected and why.
We're building the platform we always wanted: one tab for all the tools developers, designers, and creators reach for every day.
What you can do here
Tabreon groups its free tools by job: developer utilities such as a JSON formatter, Base64 and JWT tools, a regex tester and a UUID generator; PDF tools to merge, split, rotate, watermark, compress, convert to JPG and add or remove a password; image tools to resize, crop, compress, convert and extract text (OCR); text tools such as word counting and case conversion; QR code generators for links, Wi-Fi, contacts and more; and small everyday utilities like a timer and a typing test. The full list, with how each one handles your data, is on the All tools page.
How we handle your files
Most tools run in your browser, so the file or text you provide stays on your device. A small number of image conversions need a brief server step, and we label those on the tool page rather than claiming everything is local. You can check any tool yourself: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network tab, and run the tool. The How It Works page explains the approach, and the Learn section covers the background in plain language.
What we won't do
We don't require an account to run a tool, we don't put watermarks on your output, and we don't sell or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. The privacy policy lists exactly what is collected by the optional features (feedback, feature requests and sign-in) and why.
How Tabreon is run
Tabreon was founded and is built and maintained by Amritanshu Kumar Gaurav as a small, independently run project. New tools and changes are recorded in the changelog and the plans for what comes next are on the roadmap. If a tool is wrong, slow or missing, tell us through the feedback page; we read every message and fix confirmed bugs.
