Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Use of service
Tabreon provides free tools for personal and professional use — no account is required for any tool. An optional sign-in exists for account-scoped features; using it is subject to these same terms. You may use the service for any lawful purpose. By using Tabreon, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
Most Tabreon tools process files entirely in your browser, so there’s nothing to abuse server-side. The HEIC Converter and SVG to PNG tools do run on our servers and are rate-limited per visitor — please don’t attempt to circumvent these limits, scrape the endpoints programmatically, or upload files for any unlawful purpose (including malware, content you don’t have rights to convert, or anything infringing on someone else’s rights).
We may block or rate-limit traffic that we reasonably believe is abusive, automated in a way that degrades service for others, or attempting to circumvent these terms.
Your content
Files and text you process through Tabreon’s browser-based tools stay on your device — we never see them. For the HEIC/SVG server-side tools, uploaded files are used only to produce your converted output and are not retained (see our Privacy Policy). You retain all rights to the outputs these tools produce.
If you submit feedback, feature requests, or early-access signups, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve Tabreon (for example, displaying feature requests publicly on the roadmap board).
Intellectual property
The Tabreon name, branding, website design, and underlying code are owned by us or our licensors and are not available for reuse without permission. This doesn’t affect your ownership of anything you create using our tools.
Third-party services
Tabreon relies on Cloudflare for hosting, bot protection (Turnstile), and analytics, and on Resend to deliver sign-in emails. Your use of features backed by these services is also subject to Cloudflare’s terms and Resend’s terms.
No warranty
Tabreon is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Tool outputs should be verified before use in production systems — we don’t guarantee perfect conversion fidelity for every input.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabreon and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
You may stop using Tabreon, or delete your account, at any time (email us — see our Privacy Policy for how). We may also block access from specific networks, IP ranges, or accounts that violate the acceptable use terms above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tabreon evolves. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
